Pescaviar launches its new flavoured pearls: Fresh Pearls
The R+D+I department of Pescaviar has adapted its delicious Cocktail Pearls, inspired by pioneering spherification technique, to new flavours demanded by the market.
This technique, used by the most prestigious chefs in the world, allows Pescaviar to market Fresh Pearls, with five trendy flavours to make a difference and turn a dish into a gourmet experience. To the actual range of flavours (Chili, Lemon & Lime and Strawberry), Pescaviar adds two new ones: Passion Fruit and Soya Sauce. The Passion Fruit is one of the most popular flavours among pastry chefs for its many exotic nuances, while Soya, which pearls are made from the prestigious Kikomman soya sauce, has become a common ingredient in Western cooking. These delicious pearls, extremely versatile, not only improve the texture and appearance of any dish but also provide an original and fresh touch of unique flavor. Excellent for cocktails, to accentuate starters, meat and fish or as decoration on desserts, Fresh Pearls function as garnish and seasoning at the same time.
