- Yogourt
- Lemon juice
- Moluga

Instructions
- Cheese cream: mix the cream with the lemon juice, yoghurt and the cream cheese. Beat mixture before serving.
- Spread cheese cream on blinis and add a teaspoonful of Moluga.
