CHOVAS CRAB CREAM CROQUETTES

Ingredients
  • 650 ml milk
  • 350 ml Cream
  • 1 tarro of Chovas Crab spread
  • 1 large onion
  • 50 ml 1 lata de 150 g. de Moluga
  • 45 g butter
  • 120 g Flour
  • Salt
  • pepper
For the batter
  • Flour
  • egg
  • Panko or breadcrumbs

CHOVAS CRAB CREAM CROQUETTES
Instructions
  1. Cut onion into small pieces and sauté with butter and oil. Blend and add the flour. Keep adding slowly milk and cream until this mixture thickens, and then add the crab spread. We must obtain a thick, sticky paste.

  2. Leave to rest overnight in the fridge. Shape the croquettes and batter them with flour, egg and panko. Fry in hot oil, being careful not to burn the panko.
