Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, chopped in cubes
- 2 dl Cream
- 4 dl broth
- 200 g iberian cured Ham
- 1/2 145 g can Avruga
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and black pepper

Instructions
- Peel and cut potatoes into cubes. In a pot or casserole fry onion with a little oil, add potatoes, stir and pour broth into. Add salt and pepper.
- When potatoes are cooked (about 15 minutes depending on the type of potatoes) blend and sift. Add cream and stir. Reserve.
- In a very hot skillet brown ham cut in strips with a little oil.
- Serve cream with crunchy ham strips and Avruga above.
