- 1 jar of Chovas lobster cream
- 50 ml. of cream

Instructions
- Fill a large casserole with water and 70g of salt for each litre, and when it begins to boil add the lobster. Wait for the water to boil again and cook for 15 minutes. Remove and set aside in a receptacle with water and ice until cool.
- Remove the head from the lobster and set aside the meat from inside. Dilute a few teaspoons of lobster cream with a little cream, add the meat from the head and mix well, then set aside. Peel the lobster tail and the claws, taking care not to break them, and serve.
