GOAT CHEESE SALAD WITH ANCHOVIAR

Ingredients
  • 1 Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 Oakleaf lettuce
  • 2 celery sticks (only the leaves to garnish)
  • 250 g goat cheese
  • 1 120 g jar Anchoviar or Moluga
  • 12 Anchovy fillets
  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

GOAT CHEESE SALAD WITH ANCHOVIAR
Instructions
  1. Soak lettuce leaves and celery into the dressing for a few minutes in a deep bowl. Arrange leaves on a platter.
  2. Toast bread slices in the oven or toaster, slice goat cheese cutting off the rind and arrange it on top of the bread. Place anchovies on top of the cheese and top with Anchoviar.
  3. Pour oil and vinegar over and serve at once.
