  • 1 fresh kingklip fillet
  • 1 small cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 jar Chovas salmon spread
  • 1/2 tsp of Flour
  • 1 cup liquid cream
  • oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

KINGKLIP WITH CHOVAS SALMON CREAM AND TERIYAKI SAUCE
Instructions
  1. Remove bones and skin from the fish, cut into equal parts and marinate in the teriyaki sauce for one hour.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a saucepan with the flour. Add cream and salmon spread and stir until we get a light sauce.
  3. Place fish on a pan over a high heat with a little oil and cook on both sides. Serve with the sauce.
