MARINATED HERRINGS AND ANCHOVIAR

Ingredients
  • 4 Marinated herrings
  • 100 g dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 glass extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • A pinch of oregano
  • Salt
  • 4 slides crusty bread
  • 1 jar Anchoviar 120 g

  • 1 jar Anchoviar 120 g
MARINATED HERRINGS AND ANCHOVIAR
Instructions
  1. Mix dried tomatoes with oil, balsamic vinegar and oregano and leave to stand for half an hour. Fry the crusty bread slices lightly with plenty of oil in a hot frying pan. Drain well on kitchen paper. Spread the tomato mixture on the bread and arrange the herrings on top. Serve with Anchoviar.
