Ingredients
- 4 Marinated herrings
- 100 g dried tomatoes
- 1/2 glass extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- A pinch of oregano
- Salt
- 4 slides crusty bread
- 1 jar Anchoviar 120 g

Instructions
- Mix dried tomatoes with oil, balsamic vinegar and oregano and leave to stand for half an hour. Fry the crusty bread slices lightly with plenty of oil in a hot frying pan. Drain well on kitchen paper. Spread the tomato mixture on the bread and arrange the herrings on top. Serve with Anchoviar.
