POTATO CREAM WITH ARËNKHA MSC
Arënkha MSC 145 g
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper
Peel and dice potatoes. Fry onion until soft in a saucepan with a splash of oil. Add potatoes, sauté and add broth right away. Season with salt and pepper.
When potatoes are cooked (around 15 minutes depending on the kind of potatoes), blend and sieve adding the cream. Set aside.
Fry ham in strips in a little oil until golden brown in a very hot frying pan.
Serve the cream with the crispy strips and the Arënkha MSC on top.
