Instructions
- To make the dough: knead flour with egg and a pinch of salt into a bowl and leave to stand for 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, put oil and flour into a saucepan. Sauté, adding cream and scallop spread and leave to cook for 10 minutes, stirring until it gets a light texture.
- To make the ravioli, divide the dough into two parts, roll them out with a rolling pin and cut it with a pasta cutter, filling them with the salmon cream and sealing them.
- Boil ravioli in salted water for 6 minutes, remove, drain and serve over the scallop soup.
