SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH AVRUGA
Avruga 120 g
Extra virgin olive oil
fresh parsley, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
Cut potatoes into rounds and chop onion finely. Fry these ingredients in a frying pan with plenty of olive oil. Serve on a dish.
Fry the eggs and arrange them on top of the potatoes. Carefully break the eggs and season lightly.
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and add Avruga to taste.
