- 100 g Prawns
- 100 g wheat flour
- 50 g of gram flour
- 1 1/2 glass Water
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- olive oil
- 1 jar Spherika Gourmet trout roe

Instructions
- Put wheat flour, gram flour, salt, finely chopped spring onion and finely chopped parsley in a bowl and add the water, mixing well with a fork.
- Heat oil in a pan and add a spoonful of the mixture, browning one side and then the other. Remove and drain the excess of oil well. Serve hot with the trout roe on top.
